Regularly have issues with Capital One including havi ng to fight to get my money back after tthe local branch atm shut down after depositing $5000 cash. Was a nightmare. Today the drive through is not open and I am needing to cash and can't wait until 9 when the lobby opens. Ridiculous

I honestly am so disappointed in the service I received from just a phone call. I have been doing research on Capital One along with other banks in my area. Capital One offered a lot of things I wanted from a bank that I am currently not receiving at my own bank. I called this branch, which according to Google and yelp has the incorrect address on this website, in order to get the name of the Branch Manager and Asst Branch Manager. The person who answered the phone was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to in my life. I asked if I could get the name of the Branch Manager and he replied "Wa" I asked for a spelling and he said "Wa" I asked W-A-L? He responded "W-A" when I asked for the person's last name he said "What you want it for?" I said you can't give me the last name? he stated "you don't need the last name". Tone can not be typed, and unfortunately you guys do not provide a place where I can SPEAK to a person to let them know what their employee is reflecting on this company. I will not be doing business with you guys, because in this case this disgusting situation has upset me from any further business.

Pulled up to the drivethrough and told the teller I am depositing one check to my checking account. Sent her the check and my drivers license. Then I waited. Nothing happened. Everyone was gone. Thought they had closed. After 10 minutes I hit the call button. A lady told me I could go to the lobby. They were busy in the front. Waited another 10 minutes. By then I was livid. Walked into the lobby and miraculously the teller held up the drivethrough canister and asked whose it was. She knew damn well it was mine. I received no apology for being left out there. Was told I had the option to go to the ATM. Couldn't do that since she already had my stuff. I guess I should drive around the bank to see how busy they are before daring to think I'll receive service at the drivethrough. I do my main banking with USAA but since they have no physical branches I bank with Capital One so I can deposit tenant rent payments I receive. btw I'm a CPA and was trying to get to work 3 days before the tax deadline! Didn't have time for this nonsense.

Terrible experience with this bank Larchmont NY branch, teller, Taylor Morgan and its manager, Matthew Harms who are dishonest, abusive, unprofessional and lake of basic human decency. Do not bank here! Be very careful with this teller!

The employees at this bank branch believe that pleasing their customers means they have to fall all over themselves trying to be friendly and talkative. They end up being unprofessional and fawning over their customers, which is very annoying. Although I live close to this branch, I much prefer going to another branch where the staff is more professional.

I tried to deposit two checks today around 2:30. There was only one person working and she had a customer. I never saw another person to ask about making a deposit.
I waited 15 minutes before I left without being serviced. I do not know how to work the machines in the bank!
I have been banking with Capitol One for 30 years, but I will most likely change to a bank that has actual tellers. Machines do not replace people when you have a question about your account!

Today is 9/05/17 and the bank is closed. Why, didn't someone put a note
on the door for it's customers as to why you are closed. After all no one
lost electricity so I called and talked to someone at a associate bank and
after I waited few minutes then the clerk hung up on me.I called back and

I am writing about my upset with Capitol One. Please ask Mrs. Rubin to look at this email. In April, 2017 I was not able to access my online Personal Banking. I had to go into the branch at Georgia Ave, ZIP 20910. It near another one; I am sorry. However, Ms. Rubin and Ana are at that specific branch. I was kindly told that there was a mechanical problem and not one person could access their account. Ms. Rubin fixed it.

Now, AGAIN, I have the same problem. I am : janisjazz8201 USER NAME.

Line is always to door. Be prepared to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes! Always one or two tellers helping customers...even on Saturdays. Other personnel greets people at the door. Why doesn't the "greeter" go behind the counter and help customers when the line of customers is to the door???? "The System" is frequently down so no money can be withdrawn. What kind of bank doesn't give a customer access to their money????
