All the previous complaints seem justified, SCCU doesn't care anymore. I opened my PAFBCU account in a mobile office (trailer) in front of the BX, yep, +40 years ago. The use of today's tech is awful terrible. Good I still have my CCU account. BYE SCCU!!

I wish to register a compliant about removing the deposit ability at the Titusville branch. We have been members since the credit union was named Patrick Air Force Base Credit Union, we have a 5 digit account number and have been members for over 40 years.
We are senior citizens that do not use banking apps. Why would you take away a service that is already available to customers to make it less convenient for them?
To make a deposit now I have to park my car and go into the bank instead of driving up. Again why would you intentionally make banking harder for your customers? Older citizens aren't always tech savy, and it can be difficult for them to get around. I always thought that this credit union that we have banked at for 40 years cared about the customer and put them first. This lack of consideration for the older customer clearly does not show that to be true. So disappointed in Space Coast Credit Union!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND STILL NOT OVER! BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND STILL CAN'T GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED. NEVER ANYBODY IN OPERATIONS TO TALK TO. GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION VERY SOON!
2 days and I CAN NOT GET SIMEONE TO ANSWER ANYWHERE !
I had a 11:00 appointment at the Cocoa Beach branch with the "financial advisor". I was running late so wanted to call to let him know. I could not find a branch phone number; (there is none). I called the main number for Brevard and no operator access is available; I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to the branch location. When Mike picked up, I told him of my concern re: future customer service issues. He explained that's the way they do business. Not with me.......
Very upset that there is no phone number to reach anyone in an emergency situation during the weekend hours. My account was compromised and there was absolutely no one to help on the weekend. Even when I chose the option to report a lost or stolen credit card I was re-routed to the main menu which stated customer service was now closed. Ridiculous!
I called and spoke to a customer service rep. at the miramar call center (Sam) in regards to requesting a safe deposit box (10x10); he told me one was available at the local branch in Melbourne, Fl on Wickham Rd. I asked if could be reserved to which he said "no" it cannot; so I had to drive there to be told none were available.
The local office told me two were available at the Headquarters branch on N Wickham Rd but I had to go there. So I was about to drive there but another teller overheard our conversation & said to the young woman teller that it's probably not available, probably a waiting list. When the teller double-checked found out that there none available. Why must customers run all over the place for such a simple request? If thats the best policy for something so simple the I'd hate to see what a complex problem would end up being. Disgruntled!
I found the teller not very friendly been to miami gardens branch and much friendlier.
This bank used to be better when it was eastern financial but now....its terrible and limited with resources...in addition to being behind in technology in comparison with other banks like chase or wells fargo. Did i mention the waiting time on calls are extremely exaggerated.....30 mins, 45 mins....very disappointed to be a member.
I'm out of the area and called in to make a change to my acct, after being on hold for 45 min, I was told that they would send in a request and maybe have somebody call me back (when ???), I asked who can I talk to today and they told me that they were closed at this time and the person didn't seem to thrilled or cared to help me. Totally unacceptable, they weren't closed when I called 45 min earlier.
They are a terrible credit union. They cut branch hours and none are open Saturday's. Trying to access accounts from overseas is virtually impossible. I had many issues when I was in the Philippines Aug/Sept 2016. Fortunately I paid most bills before I left. Unfortunately there were a couple I didn't double pay and got hit with late fees because I couldn't get into online banking to pay them. Their November systems upgrade was a disaster. Credit card account links were broken and two weeks later still not fixed. Had to go take time off from work and go to a branch to make a payment. If most branches were open Saturday it would not have been so inconvenient.
Space Coast Credit Union does not support the military, or government workers. They have been made aware of problems with access at OCONUS location(s), and their response is: "Unfortunately outside of the United States we have blocked access to login or even visit our website. Our system does not allow access to any foreign IP address outside of the United States for security reasons." Wait until the next time you are deployed and need access to your money. What a terrible little Credit Union.
We found this bank to be very convenient for us and everyone we met was polite and professional.
