I used to love this bank, but that has changed. There is a lady who takes care of the debit / checking accounts.... she is the rudest person I have ever met. The way she talks to people makes them feel like a nobody. A friend of mine has had the same problems when he opened his checking account. I am currently looking for a different bank. I suggest anyone looking for a bank to stay away from the Bank of Monroe. This bank is horrible at customer service.

Love the bank except for myself so far....however my son whom is 18 has an account here also I'm not to pleased with what they done with him this morning. He received a money order for payment he's tried 3 times now to deposit it into his account and they keep telling him they can't accept a money order for deposit. Why not?? It's money??? A little upset questioning if I should do something?? Now he's out of 60.00 ... sad sad sad what are we to do with money orders now days then??
