Love Key-Bank, been with them for almost 8 years.
When I was over charged, they the employees , were right there to fix my problem.
Maine is God's country for sure.
Great staff in Lewiston..since I moved away.
I still back with the best.. 🗝️🏦

They need a negative-1 star. They are lazy, don't know how to run a bank, etc. Don't use them. They will steal your money in overdraft fees so they can buy themselves new suits. That's what we are supporting with overdraft fees.

This may be the worst bank operation in the world.

Run as fast as you can from this bank location. Lazy employees, they tell you to call the 800 # on the back of the card and they cannot help you. I am glad some of the other members of the facebook group told me to leave feedback. I hope they straighten their act up but this is too unlikely.

I've had my account with KeyBank for over 10 years there's a manager on East 152nd and Saint Clair at this branch that for whatever reason held my husband's pay check up for almost an entire week to clear we had over $2,000 worth of transactions in one week but because one or two items didn't go through without an NSF fee he thought it necessary to hold up our money for a week which caused another check to bounce. The practice at this bank is to put through the largest item first and if anything comes behind that, that could create a fee they will charge you and anything following will cause an avalanche effect fortunately we only had three items that we were charged a fee on. we could afford to give that up but we are closing this account and since then we've moved to Huntington. do not do business with this bank and please by all means be very careful of the manager of this Bank.

I’m extremely disappointed in key bank. I have been with them for about 25 years and will be closing all my accounts with them. The 800 number for customer service very inconsistent and provides misinformation referring me back to the local branch numerous times. Michelle the branch manager was not helpful and very curt.

The manager, Joanne at the branch on Genessee St is super rude and made me completely switch banks. Beware!!!! she's horrific and too sarcastic for a business setting....not great with her customer service skills whats so ever!!!! So sad

RACIAL PROFILING. I had been banking with Key for 16 years. I'm an Ohio native so banking with an Ohio institution seems sensible even if branch location is limited. Received a letter for closure of my account due to excessive risk to the bank. WHAT? I was informed by a representative on the phone that I was under investigation by the Buckley branch for money laundering! LOL. I'm a businessman in my mid forty. Recently sold my business and closed my business account. I was using this personal account to start a new business. I had money going in and out for the build out of my new business. I'm a minority so i must be doing something something illegal. Racial profiling! If you're a minority with money, do not bank with KeyBank. Moved my business to Chase, they are everywhere!

Key Bank holds responsibility to American History that has disappeared: an Einstein letter gone missing, once deposited as separate property safety deposit box was illegally accessed and since disappeared.

The branch manager ignored a King County Court order to open to safety deposit box to inspect its contents and continues to ignore my phone calls Key Bank once held a significant piece of American History and let it go, illegally. It was an original, hand typed signed letter from Albert Einstein, genius, to my grandfather, also genius, relating to an important theory regarding the magnetic fields and rotation of this earth. Top scientists from Cal Tech have since determined my grandfather was correct, Einstein wrong - yet where did this letter go top scientists ask? Key Bank stole it? Key Bank was negligent in accepting an invalid community property agreement and released the separate property, personal property of my late mother, which included his original letter, to the perpetrators, thieves, culptrits, dispicable freemasons, whatever you want to call them and do so illegally.

Did the freemason elite steal the original Einstein letter intentionally? Only attorney Kenyon Luce and his client James Mickelson can account for where the original letter went and since its disappearance. Was my late mother's will also inside this safety deposit box?

I called the Streetsboro branch today. I wanted information about your checking accounts. Tammy took my call and was very informative & pleasant. I don't have a account as of yet, but it will be with your bank. I want to thank Tammy!
