I have been with this banking company since 1995 and I have had no problems. I have enrolled my children here as adults now. The employees are kind, helpful and best of all they are not charging for bank statements when sent out. Other banks have done this to me and Yakima federal has not.I like the fact that I don't have to have a huge amount in my savings account to keep it open. It's great. Sometimes things come up that has required me to withdraw all but a $1.00. I appreciate that I can do this. It has been a blessing. Thank you Yakima federal. Please don't change.
