Fantastic customer support
Why is it that Washington, D.C. and Maryland does not have a office/branch. Many thousand of your members live in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Especially retired employees, who no longer have access to office/branch in government buildings.
No one answers the phone at 703-709-8900, which, along with their 844-709-8900 number, is apparently a call center, which "is experiencing higher than normal call volume" whenever I attempt to call. Unfortunately, like Digital Federal Credit Union up in the Northeast where I live, you cannot call a particular branch (in this case, Leesburg VA) directly. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.
