I've been Banking here for close to 4 years. I've had my fair share of putting up with various issues. Their customer service on the phone is next to nothing. I'll be taking my business back to Bank Of America. At least whenever I have an issue or a question for Bank of America I don't get meet with an "I don't know" answer & they take the time to explain & look into what happened the my money.
