I received an email from this bank for someone with a similar name. I have never banked at SouthStar. I called the bank and the employee who answered the phone was of no assistance. This bank seems poorly run and managed. For all I know this bank may be facilitating identity theft and fraud.

I like the service at Southstar. I think it's neat to see everyone coming in then going out smiling. The tellers are always happy and helpful. I feel like a cow being run thru a chute at some institutions. Definitely not here.
