I did a mobile deposit of $2000 which did not go through because they said I did not endorse the check correctly. As a result I had two overdrafts. After looking at my original check, I had endorsed it correctly pexactly as they specified in their online instructions. It was their error, so I asked nicely if they could credit back the overdraft fees and they would not. nced a check, not even as a courtesy would they do it. I guess they'd rather have my $58 than my future business. I will be looking for another financial institution and you should too.
I had the worst experience in my life with this bank. I live in Germany and I have to manage my mothers account from here, having a Power of attorney. They blocked urgent transfers and wouldn´t tell me the reason why. I´ve spent days to talk to the service, their just useless. Now they promised me to send an E-Mail yesterday...notrhing happenen. This incompetence is going to cost me a lot of money!!! I can NOT recommend this bank at all.

They send me Emails saying everything will work fine from now on.A few days ago I made a transfer of $150, that was confirmed by mail. Today another Email arrived telling me that the money was not tranfered. A reason was not mentioned. This bank is useless as a bag of full of flea.

The workers at the Lee Trevino branch are an awesome crew! I LUV my bank and they are really good to their members.
