one of the worst banks to ever deal with
I have been trying to reach someone, anyone at any of your branches since 9:08 and no one answers. I have been holding since 9:08 till 9:45. Please don't insult me by saying that they have all been busy! No to mention the disconnect 3 times. How very unprofessional your customer service is! Are the workers there just sitting around and not answering the phones? You bet!!!! This is not the first or second time this has happened. It seems impossible to reach anyone there by phone that I would have to go in person. Awful customer service!
