Terrible online app. Balance is never accurate. Causes overdrafts.

To Bank Manager,
I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had at the LITH branch with Suzi Leider, Personal Banker. I had heard about the high interest rate of your 10 month CD. I did buy it from Suzi. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She told me about all the services the bank has to offer, and the security of your debit and credit cards. I will switch one of my cards due to that information.
I will refer others to this location based on my experience with Mrs. Leider.

Dear Sirs,

I'm fairly new to Colorado and very new to this bank. I'm from the east Coast and a long time client of BoA.
BoA has the most easiest web site and customer friendly. I have a reward card which automatically places the earned money into the customer checking account. Yours it's the most awkward and unfriendly website. I've to telephone every time I want the earned money into my account.
Your customer service is poor in regard to credit cards. I telephoned twice the number provided in the card regarding a possibility of the card been compromised.
After almost 30-40 minutes waiting time to get a representative I was left very unhappy and I have not yet received communication or reimbursement for the funds.
Another issue, every time I do try to log in into the bank another First Bank link pops-up. Modification of the logo seems imperative but at this point is irrelevant as I plan to leave you bank.

Sincerely,

Catalina Russell
