Employees of the State of Montana that reside or work in one of the following counties: Big Horn, Broadwater, Choteau, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Garfield, Golden Valley, Granite, Jefferson, Judith Basin, Lewis & Clark, Lincoln, Meagher, Mineral, Musselshell, Petroleum, Pondera, Powell, Rosebud, Sheridan, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, and Treasure (Exception: employees of Galen and Warm Springs State Hospitals.)

Ministers, missionaries, lay employees of the Yellowstone Conference of the United Methodist Church who work in MT, ID, WY and on special assignments elsewhere, so long as they retain church membership.
