I mail my payments in. So far I made the great mistake
of sending a direct deposit form. I already sent in my payment on September 03. I spoke to someone named Jenine I told her I had already sent the payment for this month. I sent the bank statement
to begin payments FOR OCTOBER 2016.

I was just charged another $192.15 plus 35. fee for an OVERDRAFT. I had $25. left for my Medicine &
GAS money for the next two weeks, all that is gone.

I am retired. I only get a small Social Security check
once a month. In the next 2 weeks, due to this error
I will accrue another $70 in late fees.

Kindly return that $$$money to Bank America; it is
neither YOURS nor MINE.
