I had a terrible experience with the peach state federal credit union twice. Each time I spoke with Meagan in the lawrenceville location. She refused to supply her last name to me and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I was in a situation where I needed immediate assistance and Meagan was not helpful at all. She was rude, hasty, and disrespectful. I plan to switch to a bank that is not so privatized as soon as possible. It has been an unbelievable experience considering I have been a member for more than 20 years now.
