While back II went to the VA in Clarksburg, WV. Had a heart problem and stayed 5 days. Upon leaving I checked my bal. to see how much gas I could get on my card, I was short. I went to gas station with $17.50 in my account. put $16.25 allowing $.75 for the card use at the pump, The hospital stay was unexpected, I received a $34 overdraft cause there was a $2 charge for viewing my balance at the VA, that put me over and I got charged. I was told it was plainly printed on the screen, ;however I did not know I'd be staying at the hospital nor did have any glasses anyway. Upon requesting a refund a nasty officer of the Parkersburg branch, who is still there, refused me and did not allow me to see management. I'm 100% service connected Nam vet and resent the way this was handled because of the situation, the other thing she said is I had to many overdrafts, which I did on purpose, and had nothing to do with this situation since the fee overdrafted me. I took the amount posted and did my calculation. The bal should reflect that in the balance I was given, after all it cost me $2 and a $36 overdraft. So much for caring about those who served, got messed up for this country and has to face this kind of treatment. Shame on United. Now there is a , up to $5 overcharge protection that will not overdraft the account, great, I'm still out $36 for checking my balance which I relied to get my gas, I just made it home by the way, praise God. What a black heart, I was shown in this instance, again, shamefull United, God bless America, we appreciate the support of those who support us. Yours in Christ, James Harrison

I went to Sabraton branch to get a check cashed for my dad 64.00, he signed and I signed. The teller would not cash it. So by the end of the year I am changing banks.
