My fiance' convinced me to join. I have never been so disappointed in services rendered by a business. Their technology is so backwards. Pending transactions are not out of the balance; when using Bill Pay, you pick a date for creditors to get paid, but they take the money out up front a week before; and, their hours of operation are not customer friendly at all!
