I have been banking with the Duncan branch for over 25 years and I would not go anywhere else. They have the friendliest staff, always so warm and welcoming. I am partial to Marlane Williams and Bob Bentley as they are fantastic to work with, I feel like they always take my best interest at heart and they have a genuine care for people. If I had a complaint it would be their drive thru is a little on the slow side. I do have on occasion a need to use the Marlow branch as well and their customer service is also very good and cheerful.

Not the best bank in Kingfisher! Everytime you go in during the busy part of the day it appears they are short-handed. Who runs a bank on limited staff? Also I noticed that the phones ring like crazy and the poor receptionist is answering the calls and transferring them as fast as she can. Others are sitting at their desks with NO customers and don't even attempt to try and help with the phones. It appears to me that there is a lack of proper management and that whoever the HR person is needs to really take a look at hiring more employees. I would be ashamed to run my business the way this bank branch is ran. Just an FYI a business can't always run smoothly with less employees sometimes management needs to give up their bonuses and hire vacant positions.

My experiences have always been great & I've been banking with them for almost 6 years. I have had chances to meet the staff at the bank & out in the community & I believe that one of the requirements for working there must be to be a genuinely nice & caring person. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!
