unable to reach bank , kept getting sent to someone who couldn't process my request.... call overflow
Love everthing but the hours. Horrible. Even if you stayed open til 7 pm Friday's would help. People don't even get off of work til 5. Idk how you close at 430 during the week. Its crazy. I refer this bank all the time . My family and friends can't take the hours. It crazy. The location in Newtown Square is inconvenient to get to and like a maze. There are no signs for it. That location is a waste of location. Its a waste of the banks money. Its bad enough the hours and not enough locations. Really annoying to go to that hidden location through an industrial development then have to go the correct door or you need a card to get in building.
Tried to find a location using the site's own "Find Branches Near Me" and it never responded. Disappointing, especially since you were recommended my another credit union?
