I have a complaint against your bank officer Anna . at your bank in Reynoldsburg. When I was at your bank on Thursday, March 2, 2017. I first called and talked to your bank teller, Sue and gave her my name and my dad's name and said I would be coming in to do a large CD for my dad and she said she would let the bank officers know . I came jn to do s large cd for my dad who has a trust and your bank has a copy of it. Your bank officer , named Anna was looking it up and tried to say I was not power of attorney over the trust. I told her I was and that they should have a copy of the power of attorney forms too. She finally read it again on line and finally agreed. I told her my dad was bed ridden with Parkinsons and cannot get out anymore. She proceeded to tell me that she would have to meet him. She said she did not know my dad and she did not know when she could meet him. I told her again , he was bedridden. I said , "do you want our money or not"? I told her she was more than welcome to come to his house but she did not know when she could come She acted like she didn't even believe me and I told her that I use to come in there with my dad when BJ was there and when my dad became bedridden , I came in myself to do the CDs and had no problem . She said she would go ask somebody something and that she would be right back . When she returned after 20 minutes, she said my dad would have to fill out a signature card. I said that's fine but he's not gonna be able to return it until Tuesday since that's the next time I'm at his house. I said does that mean he's not going to be earning any interest for five days ? Anna said yes and then I said well then , I will just take his money elsewhere and I left. I just felt like she didn't believe me at all and I felt like I was discriminated against. I've never had a problem like this with any other bank branch before. Debbie Lachowsky. 740 892 2342

I always have a good experience when I deal with Jeff Kessler.
