I had a good experience with HSBC Biscaybe Boulevard, however I need some help now. I am a HSBC Honkong Client and my token stop working. I cant do any payment as I can not reach my accound. Can I get a new token at you branch or in Tampa.
The office manager is worthless. She makes the tellers tell the customers about credit cards they should sign up for to get good benefits from and they do the same thing when it comes to savings and checking accounts. This is not the tellers' job to do. The one who sits at the front desk is hard to understand and the bank officer who handles customers is a pain. People go to the tellers for deposits, etc. It's not the tellers fault - they're just doing what the lazy manager told them to do. The tellers are always so nice and very helpful.
Terrible customer service at HSBC drive thru window 2205 Central Ave Yonker, NY. Had to wait 5 minutes before teller ackowledged me. Was told other teller was alone busy with customers while the teller who told me this sat on her chair with no customers at her window. Waited another 5 minutes before this same teller took my check to be cashed. I knocked on the window after waiting another 5 minutes. Finally got my money! If they are too busy to wait on the drive thru custoners, the teller should 1. Turn off green light 2. Immediately tell customer there will be a wait at drive thu, not have customer sit there for 5 minutes and not ackowledge them. 3. Invite customer in and have manager wait on them. Terrible, terrible customer service at this branch!
