I really don't like that you updated your online banking app recently and some customers no longer have the option to check or do their banking online because their phones are not compatible, it's such a nice option, I might change banks to one that allows all customers to have online banking

They never answer emails when you you send them through the account. Nor do they post phone numbers to all the branches. I'm thinking of switching...
