Wonderful, and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional.
I have been banking with them for a number of years, and one time when the bank had made the mistake of clearing/closing one of my accounts - the manager of the bank agreed to forward me the sum of an electronic check that had been posted to the account / over the weekend!
Sure, I could have opened up an account elsewhere and had the entirety if the check posted there instead.......BUT, that wasn't going to happen ~> they created another loyal customer.
I am not rich, far from it!
I am on disability, and that check, had the money not been made available, would have resulted in more than a few utility payments having been missed.
The personnel at the bank knew how much $ I make, and where it comes from...yet I am always treated with respect, many of the people there greet me by name when I pull in through the drive through or go up to the front desk.
.I K-N-O-W that if they take care of an individual like myself, having limited funds; treating me with dignity, respect and always going the extra mile.............*
...they will SURELY take care of anybody else ~> BET ON IT :) !
