I've had the worst experience I've ever had with a bank! I'm a new customer and the first deposit I did , did not account for all my money and I made a claim the next day. I was promised it would be resolved the following Monday, it is now Friday !! Then when I used the drive thru for a cash deposit I was told that I need to come in as I'm holding up the line! I've never ever heard of that. I spoke to the manager and she said the same then continued about how they are short staffed and the employees must take earlier lunch breaks, it's understandable that they are understaffed but no need for excuses, I got this account for convenience and fast deposits not to be told I'm being an inconvenience by holding up the line! I am closing my account that hasn't even been opened 1 month, so disappointed!
