I am trying to find out wiring instructions to your bank in Overland Park. I have been on hold now for almost 45 minutes. I did have someone come on the phone over 15 minutes ago and she told me she would connect me to someone who could help. Our bank is busy too but this is totally ridiculous.
This needs to be updated really bad. There is no GSA Bannister Road branch and the main phone number has changed.
They are good people but trying to reach them on a Saturday (over the phone) is horrible. There is just one number to call and I had been on hold for a very, very, long time.
Absolutely the POOREST customer service I've ever experienced! I was on hold for 16 minutes and nobody ever answered! I tried again an hour later and got the same result!
Can't find if open 24th.
Also, I agree, your phone system is terrible.
School kids on the phone. Worse system ever. Cannot reach a human.
