Where is the phone number for this branch? It states it would be on this site?

I had to take over my Step Dad's affairs after my sister had passed away last year she took care of everything. I went into the bank because I am on his account as well, I can honestly say every time I went in for help, everyone was so kind and compassionate. I have had the best care anyone could ever ask for. I highly recommend this bank on Lemay and Reavis. I give them a 10 Plus star rating!!

OMG! Went to the 6969 South Lindbergh location & waited about 45 minutes to open a CD, only to find out that everyone was new. The branch manager said "oh, this will be good training experience" for the new account rep & the manager proceeded to print out instructions for her. Well needless to say, I didn't want to be a guinea pig & sit there even longer as the rep struggled to read through instructions & follow them. I left without opening a CD. This was the worst banking experience of my life.

Have you tried calling 314-631-5500 and asked to be connected to your local branch?

Very dissatisfied. Cannot locate a phone number for our local bank. I would like to be able talk to someone in my bank and all you list is the main bank number.
Not happy with this bank at all. Southern Commercial bank was a more personal bank where yours is not .
