I have a safety deposit box at the credit union. The hours are horrible. For someone that works during the week days, its very difficult to get to the bank in time to get something out of the safety deposit box. I am planning on switching my box to a different bank, these hours are very inconvenient!

The people are wonderful and they've helped me with any problems right away and with a smile. Can't imagine banking anywhere else!

Love the credit union but wonder why it's so hard to get location phone numbers!

It used to be a great credit union. Now it's something else.(Spire) They don't even print the words "credit union" on their advertisement and building signs anymore. They want to be recognize as a bank hiding behind the cooperative credit union privileges.

Very disappointed that Mora Credit Union sold out its members to a large corporation. Interest rates dropped significantly and so did the service. I also started getting frequent junk mail and telephone calls trying to sell me on other products. I'm not seen as a person, but as potential profit. I was a member for over 30 years, but my loyalty is equal to Spire's, i.e.: I will easily move my accounts to whatever institution is offering the best interest.

The people at the Elk River Branch, are prime examples of Minnesota nice. They are an affiliate of my credit union, and I prefer to use this branch rather than my own. In fact I'm considering switching credit unions because of it. Thank you for treating me like a real person and not just a dollar sign.
