Membership Eligibility

A.Individuals who reside, work, worship, or are enrolled in
grades K-12, in the counties of Antrim, Benzie, Kalkaska, Grand
Traverse, Leelanau, or Manistee, Michigan.

B.Results of the merger of Sheffer Collet/ITW Employees Federal Credit
Union, Traverse City, Michigan, effective December 1, 2008.

a. Members of record as of the date of the merger.

C. Any person who receives a retirement annuity, pension, social security,
or similar retirement payment from private or government sources, and
lives in, or belongs to a retirement organization located in the
county, or in a county contiguous to the county where the credit
union's principal place of business is located.

D. Employees of this credit union.

E. Members and immediate families of the foregoing.

F. Any legal entity that is comprised for the most part of the same
general group as the membership of the credit union as outlined above.

G. A spouse of a deceased member if accepted into membership prior to
remarriage.

A subscribing member shall not be eligible to vote or hold office until one fully paid share is owned.

If you experience fraudulent activity on your accounts there is no one to help after
their business hours, so if you travel you are screwed.

Was on hold forever 😡 I also do not like to hear all the advertisements of the Credit Union, annoying.
When a gal finally came on she was extremely nice, her name was Missy.

Trying to get to a person by phone at the Boyne City location is frustrating. I have been trying for 45 minutes to speak to a person to discuss a problem that cannot be done on-line. I have been cut off, sent in a circle by the auto phone system over 3 times. It seems that this local banking experience is anything but local. I cannot get to a person in our branch. Maybe I should rethink my investment in this credit union. When I did get a person in Traverse City, I was put on hold again to listen to the same verbiage over and over again. Very unprofessional, especially since the problem I am calling about was created by the credit union itself.

Please, please, please give phone customers an option to have a silent wait period while on hold or waiting for a support person. We can not do business or have a conversation while waiting because of the advertising and crackling music. It's so disrupting. I know that this is available as GoDaddy has this option and it's wonderful.

Hello

I have called this number several times this morning and it will not go through.
Not just this number but every number I called is not working. Please answer your phones or fix your phone system.
