Member One Federal Credit Union
To home it may concern
I would like to close my accounts as soon as possible, Please, Checking and Saving accounts.
My account has been raped by the all kinds of fees such as DORMANT FEE, And Withdrawal Bad Address FEE,
I was told, it was because they didn't have the correct address? You have my phone number, how many times have you tried to call me? Or how many emails did you all send out? Before attaching the fees?
That is totally unacceptable, And immoral
