This bank is with out a doubt the hardest bank I have ever had to deal with. The people were rude and they take at least 15 minutes to cash a check after reaching the teller window. Than refused to cash a check when there was sufficient funds in the account unless they talked to the account holder first. But it's alright to waste my time in having me return the next day and still change me the 5 dollars for cashing it when I was doing their account holder a courtesy by accepting the check in the first place. This is what I go through every time I deal with this bank. So I will not be accepting and checks drawn from this bank in the future.
I was trying to check on my debit card to find out if it was mailed. It has been over a week. I went to the webpage to get the telephone number and it gave location and everything else but phone number. It was not friendly.

It was so nice to go through drive-through and not have to get out of my car. second, the tellers are always so friendly at Bank of Glen Burnie and they never act like you are tying up business. They even take time for small children which is a blessing when allthey want to have is someone say "Hi" to them. I have always liked dealing with BOG.
