Went to Cedar Rapids Edgewood Rd branch today and turned in some change to get paper money for. I counted it twice before taking it there. Came out to $642. Broken down, there was $530 in quarters, $90 in domes, and $22 in nickels. When done, he asked me to guess how much it was, and I said $642. He said it was $637.85. During the event, the machine jammed once, stopped because one of bags was full and had to change out, and I saw him spill a bunch of quarters on the grounf as he was loading it. I was a little shocked of the final total he said it was, but didnt want to get into it with him at the bank. Thought I would vontact someone here to see if anything can be done. I have been around coins for over 50 years, being a coin collector and have counted many thousands of dollars worth of coins in my life. Lwt me know what you can do about this. I know its not a lot of money, but thats not the issue. Thanks.
