we need more bank open until after 8:oclock at night because some people can't get to the bank in the day time of open more bank up like in Dunwoody so we can go to the bank doing the day. because I could we down town at lunch but they close piedmont bank so please try to work on open more after please.

This bank needs to have more than 1 location in Birmingham, and it needs to be open again at least half-day on Saturday. Stop being so stingy!!!!!

Customer service is good, however, knowledge about service and other offerings could be better. I've also banked with more established banks, or should I say "white" banks. My experience suggests that they have the money to pay for better training and facilities. They also use the money we all put into their banks to support people like Trump and other politicians. In light of this, I would rather put my money in an African American bank than to make it available for white banks and politicians to pass legislation that makes it easy to miseducate AA young men and put them into prison, not to mention shot them down in the street.

They have been pretty good so far. The person I opened my account with was bit lazy and uncaring, but since then I have received good customer service and prompt service. I have a checking and savings acct with them and am looking to potentially open a retirement acct with the downtown ATL location

terrible customer service, I opened the account because of the Usher challenge. I have more problems with this new account than I had with one opened in 2006. I tried to do a transfer from acct with Citizens to that acct for a small amount which was clearly there. They rejected it 3 times with the money there. I asked several times to change my mailing address, verified myself both times I called in and was told once I would get a form emailed over 2 weeks nothing. I called today first I was told by Candice 6/1 @ 2:16 pm, she could send me the form then she told me no I have to verify with something it's a valid P.O Box. I have had this done with Wells Fargo PNC bank and Truilant NONE of them requested such foolishness...then they wonder why no-one has accts with them. They make simple transactions long and drawn out, customer service is horrible and not knowledgeable on products and services. You go on hold many times throughout the conversation while they check verify and ask someone or at least that's what they say. I had a 4,000 check I was going to deposit to them and I told her based off prior incidents and how this call is handled is whether or not I deposit it. I was just holding 1700 there but as they weren't making things beneficial to my lifestyle I started using it because I had a feeling I would be closing it.
Savings closed one more incident and checking will follow. DON'T waste your time, they don't care about having your business

there SHOULD BE ACCURATE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS AND POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS TO CALL. THIS LOOKS REAL BAD. I AM TRYING TO SUPPORT A BLACK BANK, BUT THE ROCKBRIDGE LOCATION IN GA DOES NOT HAVE AN UP TO DATE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THE WEB!!!! MAKE ME WONDER!!!!

Terrible customer service. I had an account with them and ended up closing it due to it. Save yourself the head aches.
