Horrible customer service
Love this credit union.
I have over 100,00.00 in five star credit union . and can not talk to anyone face to face Have to make an appointment for 1-2 weeks in advance, Wow , I miss my old credit union. We are considering taking our money out and finding another place to invest.
I joined five star in 1980. At that time it was called "cedar springs credit union.
Thanks to good Stewart's of our money and forward looking leadership, Mr Griffin and his teamed move ahead put up a good home office and that put five star on the move. With several locations in Alabama & georgia.
Have been happy with the growth. The newer officers are still being devoted to 5 star cu. thanks to our team.

I live in Florida and have used the Donalsonville branch for 10-13 years. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. They greet me by my name. I like that they actually know me. I was a member if a Florida CU for over 50 years and they didn't know me. I was like a complete stranger. Five Star CU has never failed to be curteous and helpful
Very disappointed that I am a very active member with five star, and my credit union can not accommodate me, a member, with share branch banking. How sad. I hate looking for another credit union to accommodate me. I will miss five star.
