I would like to report issues with people and lost cards. First let me tell you I found someones card.
Now calling the number on the back of the card to report that I found the card should have been a no brainer. Well this happened at 8:30 pm. Offices closed. Can't get anyone on phone can't verify account which the phone system insisted I do even after getting to lost card extension.
So you make it nearly impossible for someone to report a found card. You make it just as hard after hours someone reporting a lost card as your system insists on having the card number to report it is lost. So now you have a customer traveling looses card is on the road with no access to log into account or acquire card number. It will almost be impossible for them to report the missing card which now opens you to losses and the customer to prove the card was lost at the time charges if any were made.

I forgot my new password so I had to call to get my app unlocked. After a 15 minute wait, I was told it would not be unlocked because of a restriction due to the fact I withdrew cash from savings to buy a car. After another 15 minute wait, the restriction was lifted, but the app would not let me in my account AGAIN! So I had to call back again and wait another 10 minutes to FINALLY get a release. This simple issue took me almost an hour to resolve.
I moved to Florida from Minnesota and transferred my savings account to Suncoast Credit Union. The bank in Minnesota sent a cashiers check to me to then deposit in Florida. Suncoast would not allow me to withdraw my funds for two weeks! I had them call my bank in Minnesota to verify the check was authentic, so a portion was released to me to pay my bills, but the balance still will not be released for two weeks.

I was treated well at the Chiefland location. However I moved my checking account and even gave them a voided check to take my car payment out on auto pay. They were supposed to take it out of the new account. Instead they put it through my old account and the bank paid it using the 500 dollar overdraft protection. Direct tv did the same. Now I owe the bank 257 and change PLUS 70 fee .

This is totally unacceptable, I need to take my money elsewhere!
Terrible that you don’t provide branch phone numbers.... no one has time to wait ten minutes to talk to some customer representative that doesn’t end up really helping you anyway...
Suggest a local phone number. I hate sitting on hold just to be put on hold again because I cannot reach the person I need to speak with.
Have an account in Holiday but work in Sarasota. Dark when I leave for work and after 7 when I get home.
Wish they had a branch in Sarasota. Service is great but may have to find another that is closer to my work.

Moving to On Top of the World Ocala, Fl. and suggesting SSFCU open a branch on Route 200 about 6 miles west of I75. There is a new outdoor mall. The area is building strong and needs your institution. I need your institution. Until you open a branch I'll just have to commute. Thank you and Happy Holidays.
I have enjoyed my experiences with the credit union. Coming from up north I do miss having locations open for all banking transactions. Have grown accustomed to a select number of locations open for a limited number hours on Saturdays to handle all of your banking needs. You can't always get you banking done at an ATM or during the work week.
I have been with them for over 12 yrs, and I can honestly say they have been the best banking experience I have ever had. For that other person to give a poor rating based on what was most likely due to an error on his part, is absolutely ludicrous.

I went on line to check it and see if my monthly money was in my account and it says I have 5.02 cents what is this?
