Applied online three days ago for new membership. Still no answer.
My experience with customer service was excellent. Two checks lost/stolen were cancelled with no problems. I have one question. Several years ago I remember the credit union offering an $8/$9 a monthly insurance policy covering my checking/saving account against fraud (lost/stolen checks). Is that policy still in affect for me?
