Dear Sir or Madam. About more than three weeks, my husband went to Harbor Bank at Boggy Creek branch to request in person new checks. I was with him and it was almost closing time, but one of the bank manager and a teller were there and both of them supposedly requested the checks and myself asked them how long it will take to arrive. Both replied between 14 days. As of today, Monday, November 28, 2016 checks has not arrived. My husband went today to deposit at Harbor Bank at another branch, and he mentioned his situation to find out that the personnel from the Kissimmee branch never requested our checks. We are dissappointed and we are making a formal complaint, because this has not been the first time they failed with their responsability. And also we are going to the bank to get their names. Thank you for your attention.
