I am trying to get a number for a local branch in South Carolina. Your computer phone service is telling me there are none in South Carolina. I know there are three(at least) unless they are closing down today. Why would you want to make people have to work so hard? Absolutely depise this bank. They DEFINITELY will screw a customer over at every chance they get. I won't go into full details of the many, many, many problems I had with Regions but I will say I will NEVER do business with them again. Their greed is insatiable. Regions on Zelda Road seems to only be interested in selling annuities and nothing else. In this sense it appears that the commission based product is not always in the best interest of the customer or their needs.
The ATM located on Hwy 80 in Clinton, MS took my Debit card and wouldn't release it. I'm stuck with no money for gas and no card to go to another ATM. There needs to be phones available at the bank branch not an operator. I cannot ask all the questions I need to ask with a robot. Regions also take forever with depositing money, when I come into the bank and give them money to put in my account it should be in my account immediately not days later.
Regions must not read the reviews almost all are complaints about the phone service. My mother banks with Regions and has come to live with me. I needed to change her address. Being on hold forever I went in the nearest branch. There is only one service person in the bank who was with another customer for over 30 minutes. I left. I bank with BankPlus and will open account with them for my mother. Goodbye Regions

I have been a valued customer for well over 15 years and today’s experience really made me think twice about continuing my banking needs with Regions in Millbrook Al. I don’t know if Renee was having a bad day but she was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t need no attitude while doing a transaction. She is like this everytime I have to deal with her. I don't do my regular banking with Regions but I opened a credit card with them because I thought it was a great offer. Tried to create an online account for the credit card. What a nightmare. Do companies still do business like this? I haven't dealt with customer service this poor for at least a decade. On hold for 20 minutes (the automated voice told me it would be 7 minutes), reps that sounded confused, being transferred all over the world to different departments, being given more 800 numbers for different departments that I could call the next day, reps that can't solve my problem and yet, incredibly, still try to sell me more services. Unbelievable . . .

My experience was very pleasant as always, this is my second time using this Central Regions Bank, I used this bank for a large deposit 7yrs ago and the experience was amazing, know unnecessary charges etc. I would recommend Regions Bank to all walks of life from the poorest to the richest.

I am betting when someone answers they may not even know the answer to my question. I just need to know if the bank has a notary and if they will be there on Saturday. I am a business owner in Saraland. This branch does not have enough tellers to assist customers. I visited yesterday at 1:30pm and there were 10 cars waiting in the car lanes. I went inside and there was one teller assisting a line of 10 customers. This is not unusual for this branch. On two days that I was there they opened late.
Yesterday I gave up and went to the 158 branch. I immediately drove up to the commercial lane, was assisted, and was on my way.
The 143 branch needs a larger payroll budget to insure good customer service.
This issue needs to be addressed in a timely manner.

The branch itself is fine to work with. As others have said, trying to call and speak to someone is a nightmare. Expect to sit on hold for a long time. I needed to track down a check order that says it was delivered to the local branch instead of my apartment. I sat on hold with the 800 number for 34 minutes, just to be transferred to the local branch to answer my question in less than 5 minutes.
This is not an acceptable level of service.

The poorest service I have ever received from any bank. We tried to use Western Union and were refused service. We were told they were protecting us from "elder abuse." We were treated as if we were children who did not know what we were doing. They refused to believe we knew the person to whom we were trying to send money. We are glad we are not a customer of this bank and never would be. The "wealth advisor" insisted on substituting his judgment for our own. We have never been treated so disrespectfully. We cannot adequately express our displeasure with this bank. We would not even give this bank a one star.
I work 5 days a week, your same hours. I wait on the phone to ask a simple question and no one picks up, just the same endless recording. The poorest service I have ever received from any bank. Please Open Sat. Morning or stay open until 6 pm. It appears that at least half of the people that respond with feedback give you folks a poor rating. Not a real good business model.

I live in Franklin and I love what Regions stands for, and that's why we chose them as our bank. However: I absolutely HATE that I can't contact my local branch via a local phone number. A quick 30 second answer via a local person and line becomes a complete HOUR of non-human wait-time to filter through areas just to get someone on the line. Ridiculous and very wrong. Please review what good local customer service means, and re-install a local line for human help. I considered asking a FB message question in attempt to get a faster answer, but now me waiting on hold has made me late to my appointment, and completely disrupted my day. Get it together and listen to these comments and make the changes necessary in order to keep and get customers, otherwise in the end Regions will suffer because of this bad and awful policy. :(

Like all the others there is no local phone number for our local bank. Drive to the branch and the service is friendly and knowledgeable, but HELLO REGIONS, this is 2018. When business cannot be taken care of by computer or 800 number we need to be able to talk to our local bank. Who wants to take time off work and drive to the bank when one 5 minute phone conversation with local bank could resolve the problem. 800 number is extremely BAD customer service.

I have had an account with this bank for > 40 years. I have been through all of the mergers, takeovers and changes in name. It has gone from a local, careful, personable bank to a horror show. I finally, when I went into the main office got a local phone number, their response about not having a number was a "HA HA", "Yes we have had a problem with that". Then I made application for a credit card for my child who was traveling abroad. In the process I found that they have the wrong, yes WRONG, social security number on my 40 year old account, again "Oh Ha, Ha, I surely do not know how that happened". I was told to bring in my SSN card and my husband and I could fill out a form XXXX to fix the "problem". They will not find out how the number got changed, but I can assure you it was not a typo, it was an entire new number with a Colorado starting sequence, when I was born in Arkansas. "oh Ha Ha." Once I find out how this mess came to be and, what damage has been done in my life because of this, I will change banks. In the meantime "Oh Ha Ha". It is a terrible, irresponsible bank. I dare you to find the name of a person who works there or a number to call that answers. They simply do not use phone numbers in that place. I think that what they have done to us is actionable and I will pursue my options, if only to make them be more responsible.

Why does this place not have a local branch number....
First of all I am trying to call this bank because after contacting them three times and submitting all required information they still have not updated my account. I started attempting to call this branch at 1:10 this afternoon. It is now 3:50 and they have yet to answer the phone. It will ring until it hangs up on me. I have called them myself a total of 12 times and their call center has tried to contact them a total of 4 only to tell me to keep trying. I do not understand how they could possibly be so busy that not one person is capable of answering a call. This bank has been an ongoing nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I've been one of your customers since you bought the bank from the previous company. I've known a couple of your employees for quite some time. I've enjoyed your service until this past week. I tried to call the Callaway, Florida Branch with the number stored in my cell phone, It was no longer in service, changed to a damn 800-734-4667 number. I called that number trying to get the Callaway Branch number and spent several minutes punching options and listening to a lot of wasted words before finally connected to a live lady. I asked for the Callaway number and was told to go on line enter account, pin #, ect. to see my balance, it seem her only answer was to get me signed up for online banking. Not going to happen, This 84 year old man is NOT going to get into that mess. The USPS has lost my August and September bank statements, I finally got the Callaway number from a friend after making several calls. Wading through several minutes of "male bovine feces" to try to simply get the Callaway number pissed me terribly. We old folks want fast personal customer service, not a bunch of online and computer time that most of us are not efficient with and would not know how to correct an error with it.

This is the second time in a week that I have driven thru the drive thru window and it was closed in the middle of the day. I was told that tellers needed to take breaks (it is the law)and there wasn't anyone to man the drive thru. Could not breaks be staggered so the drive thru window would not have to be closed.......just wandering.....it was an inconvenience.

This is the worst bank. Everytime I needed the bank to help me out I always got rejected besides from one person Jason he is awesome. I've made a mistake one time and over drafted and got no help to fix for a one time offer. They charge me to cash my own paycheck when I personally bank with them, when I found that out I was beyond pissed and it took them 30 minutes to cash my check which by the way was on my 30 minute lunch break doing this in drive thru. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Although had an appointment to transfer safe deposit contents from Main Branch, I waited in excess of 2 hours to accomplish task, in addition to another individual who had an appointment 15 minutes after me. The next month, I went to get a something out of my lockbox on Tuesday at 3:45 pm and was told there are individuals waiting to meet with the only person who can access the lockbox AND SHE WAS GONE TO LUNCH. Who goes to lunch at 3:45 and bank closes at 4:30. I will be removing my lock box contents and store it somewhere else. I had to make an appointment for the next day to access the lock box. Worst service ever.
Anticipating a large electronic deposit to Regions Bank in Springfield Il. 3000 6th st. The transferring company asks for a contact, phone number, and email address. There is only a corporate phone number. No email or individual names are given. Should I use a different bank since they require that information?
I have been trying to talk to someone at the Murray locations. (I have called both
banks) was on hold for 9 minutes. And 10 until someone answered. Poor service. No hometown treatment here....
Difficult to reach a banker at a branch. The only number listed is the regions auto bank line, which doesn't have a live banker on weekends. Very frustrating.
Terrible, terrible service. All I wanted to do was contact the local branch or even customer service. Needed a phone number. Couldn't get a phone number for the branch at 26th Street, Bradenton, Florida, 34207. Couldn't get a person to speak to meet at customer service 800-734-4667. Tried several times and options.
Thank goodness it is my elderly father who deals with you and NOT me. Guess as I take over his finances I will have to switch to a bank that will actually speak with me!
It is impossible to reach a branch with the way you have your phone system setup - spent 45 min trying to call and still have not gotten to speak with anyone - you should do away with it. You need to have direct numbers to a branch without going through all this b/s to speak to someone and spend an hour and still not get to - will diffently not be banking with you - sorry for your loss

I am on my mother's bank account and was trying to call the branch or find information on whether her branch has a notary public. There is no listed phone number for her branch, there is nothing on the automated telephone service that lets me speak with a live representative. Customer service is very difficult - absent getting in my car and driving to the branch, how is one to speak with a representative to get information? I, personally, will never bank with Regions for this reason. It is not accessible.

Yesterday, 1/31/17 approx. 3:50 pm EST at the Clinton Hwy branch, a drive thru female teller refused to cash a check I sent to a caregiver, saying the signee's signature looked the same as the writing on the front of the check (mine). Really???? Furthermore she stamped the check so it couldn't be cashed elsewhere!!!! Really???????? What authorization was the teller working with to make unsubstantiated assumptions and indictments??? She wasted someone's time & caused grave inconvenience. How dare you???

My husband recently visited this branch and his debit card taken from him by an employee!! They employee stated that he couldn't speak sufficient English and didn't need his card and it was illegal for him to have the debit THAT HAD HIS NAME ONE IT! I'm furious and my lawyer will be in touch very soon!!!

I've been trying to NOT go to your bank, but since it's so close to my home, I've had to bank there. I've been down since April so I've had to get neighbors and family members to run errands for me. I've noticed that one of your employees is vry rude to my account. I since have people going to the Cape Coral E. location. It's just sad that I've been banking at your location for so long and now that this woman is working there it's made us all feel uncomfortble.
Regions puts a 9 day hold on checks which are being deposited from a trust account in PNC Bank. My mother is bed ridden and we have round the clock care for her which is very costly. These delayed deposits prolongs paying her expenses. Very disappointed with this red tape which is unnecessary. I'm going to make some calls and see if other banking institutions have the same practice.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE ATM IS ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE.
