Never answer the phone .What kind of customer service is that
Went to cash a check, for my job at the one in Inverness, I went threw the drive threw, and was told I needed come too inside! That was not a issue till I went to walk in as instructed, to them being closed! And then just watching me, try to get in!
Started an account at this bank and the customer service was excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. Nice personal service.
Amazing staff. Always ready to help. Great customer service in drive thru! I was only given an option for up to five stars on my last review but now I have the option for 10. This branch is definitely a 10 !!
I always go through the drive thru and it's always a pleasant experience. I usually get the same teller and she's very sweet and knowledgeable. Great, no hassle service at THIS branch!! I can not say the same for others.
I just moved to Brookridge and thought it would be convenient to open an account at Brannen, since it is at the entrance of brookridge. Well, I have changed my mind about them. I went in to make change for an estate sale I was having and the teller asks if I have an account, and informs that since I do not have an account they can not make change for me. What does it matter if I have an account or not just to give him money to exchange for coins and dollar bills for my sale. I understand cashing checks, you need to have an account. I was only exchanging money for money. I would never ever use this bank for anything in the future. I am taking my business to another bank
Teller rude. Complaint to customer service, still rude. Seems to be a corporate trait.
