this bank is terrible. please do not invest your money here. My son had a $90 charge on his account that he did not do and they have refused to help at all. they informed me that if someone has your bank info and they use it, there is absolutely nothing they can do to help you. NOTHING. any other bank would stop the withdraw and investigate, but not this bank. we also asked for a new debit and was informed it takes 2 weeks to arrive. how is anyone to live for 2 weeks without a debit card? any other bank in this city would give you a new debit the day of, but not this place. the fact that your money is not secure with them is the scariest thing. they are a small bank and are not up with the times at all. Wells fargo would instantly stop the withdraw, credit your money back and then investigate. if their customer says there is something suspicious then they take it seriously, but not Earlham Bank, they just say since the info the person had was correct then it is a valid charge. well of course the info is correct or the charge wouldn't have gone through. what is the logic in that? Customer service is not the best either. other banks may have a large fee for some things, but at least your money is safe.
