This bank is a horror terrible.,no bills are posted sent properly timely customer service people terrible. This bank maybe do not post bill payment so they can charge late fees something is wrong American greed seems like scanners bank rated zero people who pay on time posted late for bad reasons of greed clients do retailers but most are responsible and do right. No good deeds may not go unpunished but this bank have some issues to be investigated.

Dear Mm or Sir,
While I truly love and sincerely appreciate that Comenity Bank accepted my application(s) and granted me two(2) revolving charging accounts; I have only one(1) complaint. That is that recently, though my payments were mailed in on time(7 days before due date), they(my payments) were not registered until [two(2) days] 'After' the due date causing me to receive "Late Fee Penalties". I checked with the USPS and tracked my payments and it was marked as being received [two(2) days before] due date... The impact then is clear. "Late Payments" call into question a person's 'Credibility' as well as the "Person's Credit Score." JUUUST SAYIN".... Thanks always, again for accepting me as a client/customer.

I've experienced the same thing from them. I opened a credit card with them back in 2015 and shortly after my mother passed away and lots of financial hardships fell on myself and my older sister. this "bank" was in no way interested in giving me payment options, leaving my account past due. I'm young and really just trying to figure it out. but they are terrible.
