this sucks. why can't I access my accouts
This is the first bank I have ever used that is really and truly fee-free. I have happily banked with them for over three years and am very satisfied with the customer service and online banking options. I left the big-name banks due to fees, errors, and long lines, and I will never go back. I would give 10 stars if the online banking was more mobile-friendly, but I believe they will improve that feature in time like they have been doing to the main online services.
This bank needs freindlier tellers, at least the one in Woodbury Heights does. They never greet u with a smile or say Good Morning or Welcome or Thank you or Come Again Soon or nothinh. Ill definately be changing banks. Their very rude. If u ask them a question they huff and puff about it!!!!! On top of all that the hours are lousey and u cant even make a deposit through the atm!!!!! Ive never heard of such a thing!!!!! I personally would rate this bank and F++++++++!!!!!!
