I tried to make a payment and I was requested to call the bank it’s been over 20 minutes and I’ve gotten no customer service. I tried leaving my phone number as requested and that you would call me back but I was cut off before I could finish the process then I called back and then waiting another 15 minutes. if there is only one phone number to call, I believe if your Require us to call you before making large payments you should make more provisions for us to get service quicker. I have more than ample funds that I cannot access and the delay it’s very frustrating when I’m waiting in a department store to talk with a bank Representative before I can make a pmt
