The branch staff were very helpful. They patiently looked for old statements that were unavailable online, and provided them in a timely manner.

You guys deposited my payment for my credit card but did not deposit it to my account. Now you claim that it is past due, with interest accruing and a late fee- yet my card should be paid in full. I have called your office three times to speak with someone about the error and finally, a ticket was created for someone to call me back with 24 hours and that still hasn't even happened. I have a copy of the canceled check and no one there will fix YOUR mistake.

I think is ridiculous when they give you a basic "800" number, and you call. The California branches are closed, but the Arizona branch is OPEN. So NO customer service for Arizona! No local numbers listed, just the 800 number, that tells you,"our offices are closed". Do think you can spend some of those asset dollars you list, and get a phone listing for your AZ branch?
