There is no respect for customers. The branch manager is a hateful and biased individual. Simple banking functions are made unduly complicated to show total disrespect for customers. Very hateful people. The whole bank is inept, working from the 17th Century. Can't use pdf files. Refuse to use Fax transmissions. Hateful people hurting customers. The fraud contractors will deny every transaction on your debit card just to screw the customer and ensure the customer cannot use the customer's own funds. Bad people.
