Keep up the good work
Terrible customer service!!
Customer service is worthless. Worthless. I believe that they have run me off this time.
And then she said "Have a nice day".
Extremely poor customer service, employees mislead, provide false information and refuse to provide their names to a customer. Bank refuses to stand behind their mistake making the customer go through a very lengthy process to try to get their money back. No customer service at this bank, choose another one where they will listen to you.
Great bank with friendly people. We've been cooked with Arvest for years and used many branches, this is a good one. We also use it to make copies which is a nice service. Thank you!
I've been a long time Arvest client
Per the norm the customer service is on point
However a month a few days back I opened a second personal account at the 41 st and garnett Tulsa Oklahoma locationordering a new debet card it was to be sent to my address I waited and nothing arrived as I do have issues getting my mail here
I called the Coweta location to cancel the first card to order. replacement to be sent to the Coweta branch
As I checked back for a status I was told the card was not ordered so at that time I was told the Coweta branch would reorder a debit card
I just called back today to the Coweta location the card supposedly was sent to my address instead of the bank o was told to speak to customer service and reorder so things would be recorded in did not order yet another card
This is not a level of customer service is know of Arvest
I did not reorder I'll await my power of attorney to resolve this Lord willing
I hate having to call the Arvest bank. The call center stinks. What happened to getting a live person at the number ask with the location!!???? Ugghhh! Frustrated.
I like the banking systems and walk in help is great. I simy AGGRESSIVELY DISLIKE HAVING TO CALL ARVEST!!!!!!!
I have been with Arvest bank since moving back to Harrison five years ago. Have been very pleased with all the branch banks, but it is now impossible to reach a human being at my local bank branches. Customer service at the call center is awful!!! I have just this morning been on hold for over 25 minutes, and finally just gave up. I will make a trip into town, instead of being able to handle a simple problem over the phone. I quit A T & T for this very reason, and there are lots of banks in the Harrison area!!!! Shape up, Arvest, and give us the ability to reach our local banks, or I am outa here...along with other folks who are tired of being treated as less than a valued customer.
They put you on hold and then hang up on you. It's impossible to talk to someone. They jacked up my account and I can't talk to anyone to fix the problem. I will have to drive 40 miles to talk to someone in person.
I called, unfortunately was connected to A customer service center. I wished to speak to a person at the branch at Ouchita, Hot Springs.
After a long period of waiting because of heavy call volume, I was told the lady was going to forward Kathy's number my number so she would get back with me.Nothing happened.
This is very bad customer service all around.
Please get a direct line to the branch as requested!
Service stinks,won't answer the phone.
No answer to phone call.put on hold
This bank is a joke! No one can help you by phone for any issue. Got different answer from everyone I spoke with
I have been a customer of Arvest Bank for 25 years. I have continued to appreciate the care and kind service of each in place Pea Ridge,AR team since 1992.
The current team, however, has met banking, customer service, and standards of expectation above and beyond.
Thank you Jeff Neil et al!!!!
