I went to the Drive-thru teller one Saturday morning at the Crawfordville, FL branch and was shocked when I was greeted with "DO YOU EVEN BANK HERE?"
OMG ! This bank should train their tellers to be MORE courteous and respectful regardless of whether a person is their customer or not !! Fact is, I have several active accounts with you!
Now my question is this, did the teller even know what she was doing?!

Can't even rate it at this time since I am still upset

Centennial Bank in Spring Hill, FL. is very Discriminating and Prejudice against Minority Hispanic Business Owners. Every Time I would go into the Bank they would scrutinize every transaction I did. The Branch Manager would always run up and look behind the lady teller who was doing my transaction. Even Got to the point where I would stop going inside and go through the drive thru and still they would do the same thing. They made me feel like a criminal. Then after deciding to just keep a minimal amount of money in my accounts, they sent me a letter stating they were going to close all three accounts with no explanation. DO NOT OPEN an account with Centennial Bank because they are Discriminating and prejudice against Minority Hispanic Business owners

slowest bank I have ever been to, after 15 years I am seriously considering changing banks. If I could give zero stars I would of.
