I only bank online (from Georgia) with Presidential (doing so for over ten years). I guarantee(?) that any question you ask, no matter who answers the phone, will immediately and accurately be answered. The a) amount of training they put into new hires, and b) the quality of new hires, has to be outstanding. Several times I have asked to be transferred to a supervisor just to compliment their outstanding performance. Before retirement ("many moons ago") I was VP--Human Resources for a large manufacturing company.
