My favorite branch location to visit because of their great service. You are always greeted with pleasant welcoming greetings the minute you enter the door. Their branch manager helped me with a wire transfer and kept me well updated every step of the way. I have other locations close to me but i tend to visit this one a bit more than the other especially because of that. Thank you for the outstanding service
I'm not sure. I've called 4 times, been on a hold for a minimum of 10 minutes, left messages with no call backs.
If I needed to rate this institution now, with my first encounter, it would be my last.
Cannot talk to anyone left number to call back never did after hold for 30 mi.
It's extremely hard to reach someone at TTCU by phone, I need a CU that I can call and be able to speak with someone. I think I'm going to be moving my money back to a bank!
I wouldn't know. I called 4 times 9/26/16 and waited on hold for approx. 15 mins each time. I finally pressed 2 to have a call back - never received one.
