Its 2018 and you dont have an automated check verification for merchants to cash a check for me its ridiculous that you cant access my money because its sunday now i will be hit with a late charge for you all being a terrible bank. Thanks
Your list of branches doesn't even list the branch in Waxahachie. But of course it has only been open for a couple of years. Besides that, the telephone number listed in the phone book is a FAX line. It would really be nice to be able to communicate with the bank without having to drive there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an account with your Friona Tx branch. I had my mother on my account so she could help me pay Bill's. It got too much since my mom had her bills to take care of too. So I put my sister on my account to help my mother out. My sister went into the bank in February and closed my account out. Your bank in Friona closed out my account illegally. I had no knowledge of that. I contacted my attorney and he is standing by ready to call in the federal government in this matter if it does not get handled.
