I have to say I am extremely impressed!!! First because when I had called for clarification details about possibly opening a checking acct. When I was about to hang up and the woman in Greeneville, TN besides thanking me for calling, she told me she hopes I become a member and she looks forward to it. Then the 2nd most impressive thing was I ended up opening a checking acct in the Johnson city TN branch before work. Tammy is the nice woman who helped me. When she went to print my ATM cards she had a problem. This woman actually drove to my job in her personal vehicle on my lunch break and hand delivered my ATM cards to me. Because I get out of work at 6p.m. I have to say no other bank I have dealt with would NEVER do that. Thank you Tammy
