Exceptional customer service.
I have banked with mbc since I was 12 years old. I have always considered it my home bank. I am living in Haiti now buy still maintain my Mckenzie address. I have my social security deposited in my mbc account every month. So it is not like I am going to create a large negative balance and then disappear. Since you rebuilt your website I am continuously getting locked out of my account. This last month out of my social security income I was punished almost $300.
It is expensive to do bank transfers from Haiti. I had an account with Regions bank which was more feasible for me since they also have branches in Miami. I have friends that travel to Miami and they have no problem making deposits in regions for me. We need to agree on something to resolve my problem with overdrafts as it has cost me too much money this year. When I have to call to get my online banking reset again it costs me too much money. When I had my regions account it was simple and I never had any problems. Looking for an answer
